Navy Handbook for the Computer Security Certification of Trusted Systems: Implementation

This chapter provides evaluators an approach for assessing an implementation of a trusted application system. The approach is relatively independent of the particular development method used to produce the implementation. System developers, including managers and procurement agencies, form a secondary audience. The chapter provides these developers a guideline for producing an implementation that lowers the risk of failing certification at the B3 level of assurance.
