Patch Management

SysUpdate Listing updated: December 24, 2003

SysUpdate is a policy driven patch management and vulnerability remediation solution that updates network machines and devices. Patch testing and deployment processes are now streamlined. SysUpdate NOC servers receive updates and their respective compatibility and installation guidelines from ISVs which are then thoroughly reviewed and tested in a lab on numerous platforms and configurations for system compatibility, stability, and reliability. Updates are then retrieved from the NOC servers by each Onsite Server within 24 hours from ISV release and archived in the server's repository. Organization specific testing on a dedicated group of machines can then be facilitated through SysUpdate's automated testing mechanism, and upon satisfactory testing, the updates are deployed throughout the organization in accordance to the policy.
