February 14, 2006 - Event Log consolidation by Ron Zamanski, Product Rating: 4/5: I was tasked with finding a way to capture and archive the event logs from my network. SOX auditor required that I have the ability generate some specific reports. The wanted to see a password reset report for the admin level. A user log on log off activity report, as well as to track all activity on my SQL Server that carries financial info. Product was easy to trial install and scheduled reporting went well once I had it set up properly. Support staff from prism was great. Cost was a factor but they worked with me to meet my budget.
August 30, 2004 - EventTracker by sandrunR, Product Rating: 5/5: Excellent. Agent-based but small footprint. Very good performance. Strengths alerting, archiving, and some rule-based event correlation. Excellent value.
