Sun Managed Security Services provides security management and incident prevention through event correlation and analysis tools.
Sun provides a range of fixed-price security services, including provisioning, installation, around-the-clock management and monitoring (or monitoring only).

Sun Managed Firewall Services provide: Firewall maintenance and log analysis; Firewall security policy that limits access based on customer requirements; Firewall architecture. Sun Managed VPN Services provide a design and deployment plan driven by your requirements. Technical staff employ authentication and encryption technology, including Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA1), Message-Digest Algorithm (MD5), Internet Key Exchange (IKE), Enrollment Protocols (CEP, PKCS#10). Sun Managed VPN Services also include portal access and reporting. Sun Managed Intrusion Detection Services: Alerts can be issued in the event of a perceived intrusion. These alerts are monitored and tracked by security engineers. Reports are also generated that provide an account of your network activity and performance.
